Who we are:
Unicorn Hospitality Group is the hotel service partner behind some of Europe's most exciting hotel brands. We started six years ago in Oslo — today we operate in ten cities: Oslo, Stockholm, London, Brighton, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Berlin and Frankfurt, with Munich and Düsseldorf opening soon. We grow fast. And when you deliver, you grow with us: many of our team leaders and managers started in housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to our brand standards.

• Change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies.

• Clean kitchen, utilities, stove.

• Clean bathrooms, remove trash and carry out green practices as trained by the hotel.

• Greet and assist guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.

• Clean multiple rooms each day.

• Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items.

• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience.

• Customer service experience is a plus.

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluent conversational English. No German needed

• Ability to move, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 4 kg.

• To be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.

• Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.
